When an error occurs in Stonefield Query, normally a support ticket is automatically created in Stonefield's ticketing system, although you can specify your own ticketing system using an application plugin. However, if you have an email address that automatically creates tickets from messages sent to it, set this setting to True. In that case, when an error occurs, an email is sent to the email address specified in the Support Email setting. That way, the ticket is created in your ticketing system so you can respond to the user.

Note that the email credentials used to send the email come from the "Demo Email" settings in Web set of configuration settings, so be sure to fill those in as well.
