We classify technical support as: helping you get Stonefield Query installed and running, or resolving problems when errors occur. This does not include providing assistance in understanding how Stonefield Query works, helping you design customized reports, or customizing Stonefield Query. We consider this type of work to be Consulting Services.
Consulting Services includes customizing a current version of Stonefield Query, custom feature development, and developing new custom versions of Stonefield Query.
Stonefield Query Software Maintenance is required by customers in order to receive product updates, version upgrades and Technical Support.For the best possible service when contacting Stonefield for technical support or consulting, please provide the name of the product, the version number, and the serial number (this information can be obtained from the About Stonefield Query item under the Help menu).
