Stonefield Query comes with more than 30 pre-defined reports and labels. These reports are automatically added to your list of reports the first time you run Stonefield Query. You can delete any you don't wish to use. To re-add a pre-defined report you've deleted, choose the Import function, move into the Reports subdirectory, and select the desired report.The following reports come with Stonefield Query.
- Calculated Field Sample.sfx: This report demonstrates using the advanced layout designer to create a calculated field. In this example, the commission field is calculated as 15% of the grand total field.
- Calculated Filter Sample.sfx: This report demonstrates the use of an expression in a filter condition. This report will show all documents for the current month. The expressions in this report's filter were created using the "commonly used expressions" option of the expression builder. More details on the expression builder are available in the Stonefield Query help file.
- Closed Invoices.sfx: displays all closed invoices.
- Closed Orders.sfx: displays all closed orders.
- Docs with same Project Number.sfx: displays all document types that share the same project number.
- Document Mailing Labels.sfx: This report prints mailing labels for all documents in a date range.
- Drilldown Child - Closed Order Details.sfx: This report is an example of a drilldown "child" report. It is a companion to the "Drilldown Parent - Closed Orders" report. In that report, clicking on a document number will drill down, displaying this report for that particular document. Generally, this report is not run directly, but rather is called from the parent report.
- Drilldown Parent - Closed Orders.sfx: This is an example of a drilldown report. This report displays all closed orders for a given date range. In the preview of the report, clicking a document number will display the details for that document.
- Email Linking.sfx: This simple report demonstrates linking an email address in a report. When previewing this report, clicking on an email address will open a new email message to that address.
- Exclusion Filter.sfx: This report includes an example of an exclusion filter. The report prompts for a date range, and then displays only those vendors which do not have any documents in that date range.
- Google Maps Sample.sfx: This report demonstrates Query's ability to display a Google Map based on the Ship To address information for documents.
- Document Analysis.sfx: provides the total number of quotes, order, and invoices created and their status.
- Grand Totals By Month (Sales Rep vs. Date).sfx: provides information on the Quote Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Month.
- Grand Totals By Quarter (Sales Rep vs. Date).sfx: provides information on the Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Quarter.
- Line Chart - Document Count by Month.sfx: This line chart shows the total number of documents by month. This demonstrates using a date field to generate monthly information, and using a field to generate a count of the number of records in the database. The report includes a date range filter.
- Lost Quotes.sfx: displays all lost quotes.
- Monthly Sales Commission.sfx: totals monthly sales commissions per sales rep based on Quotes closed or won.
- Most Ordered Items.sfx: shows the most ordered items.
- Most Profitable Items (Profit).sfx: displays the most profitable items based on Total Profit.
- Most Quoted Items.sfx: shows the top quoted items.
- Numbers of Quotes per Sales Rep.sfx: counts the number of quotes created by a sales rep during a month.
- Open Invoices.sfx: displays all open invoices.
- Open Orders.sfx: displays all open orders.
- Open Quotes.sfx: displays all open quotes.
- Pie Chart - Sales by Sales Rep: This report displays a pie chart showing the grand total of documents for each sales rep. The only filter on the report is a date range for the documents to be included.
- Quotes by Sales Representative.sfx: full description of Quotes grouped by Sales Representative, then by Company and then by Document Number.
- Quotes with Revisions.sfx: shows all quotes including revisions.
- Summary of Quotes.sfx: summarizes open quotes for a specified time period.
- Today's Quotes.sfx: displays quotes created today sorted by status.
- Top Sales by Vendor.sfx: This summary report shows total sales by vendor name. The report is sorted on the extended price field, so the vendors appear in descending order of their total sales. This report is also set to display only the top 100 vendors.
- Total Quotes by Sales Representative.sfx: provides information on the grand total for Quotes distributed by a specific sales representative for a specified date range.
- Vendors List.sfx: displays a list of all vendors.
