Stonefield Query comes with several pre-defined reports. These reports are automatically added to your list of reports the first time you run Stonefield Query. You can delete any you don't wish to use. To re-add a pre-defined report you've deleted, choose the Import function, move into the Reports subdirectory, and select the desired report.The following reports come with Stonefield Query.
Call Details: This report demonstrates the linking (AKA drilldown) report features. It can be run either on its own or by clicking on a Call ID link in the Journal Entries report Preview.Journal Entries: This report demonstrates the linking (AKA drilldown) report features. It will list all journal entries and clicking on a Call ID will run the Call Details report.Number of Calls by Call Type: This report charts the number of calls by Call Type as a pie chart.Top 10 Call Types by Elapsed Hours: This report lists the top 10 call types ordered by elapsed hours. This way you can see what types of calls are staying open the longest.Unassigned Calls: This report lists all calls that are not assigned to anyone by using an Exclusion filter.
