What is the best way to run a report for accounts with no activity, or no activity since a specific date. We basically want to see any account that we havent touched for over a year. Having a hard time with this one, so any help will be greately appreacciated.

This will be very easy to do in our next release, version 3.2, which is due out at the end of this week. There's a new Exclusion option on the filter page that allows you to exclude records. You create an exclusion filter exactly the same as a normal filter. For example, by excluding Activity Date Is Between 01/01/2007 and 12/31/2007, you'll get everyone who you did not contact last year.
