I'm getting the message below whenever I try to run this report. "The query failed. The message from the database engine was: OLE error code 0x8007000e: Not enough storage is available to complete the operation."

I can't figure out what storage it's referring to. I have a huge nearly empty hard drive.

I'm using Vista Home Premium, Stonfield Query fro ACT version 3.10.2937, and ACT! 2008 Premium.

Hello,

I would like you to create some diagnostic information as this will help narrow down the problem.

In order to access diagnostic information you need to add a log.txt file to your Stonefield Query Data folder (The Data subdirectory of your Stonefield Query installation folder).

If you are not sure where your Stonefield Query data directory is located you can access this information by selecting => Help => About Stonefield Query... from the main menu in Stonefield Query. In the About Stonefield Query dialog box the location of your Data folder will be listed beside the description 'Stonefield Query data folder'.

When Stonefield Query starts it will see the log.txt file and it will then create a diagnostic.txt file. Please create and add the log.txt file to your Stonefield Query Data directory. Then run Stonefield Query and reproduce the error you are experiencing.

Once you have done this please email the diagnostic.txt file to support@stonefieldquery.com.
