Subject: SFQ not treating default ranges correctly

If you set up a filter with a range of, say, gl accounts, leave the from range blank and enter a value in the to range, check ask at runtime. Then when I run the report and get to the filter the default 'to' range value is displayed in the 'from' box.

I guess we never envisioned someone leaving the starting value blank. I'll add that to our list of features for the next release. In the mean time, rather than leaving the starting value blank, enter in something like "AAAAAA" or "000000".
