It appears that some of the fields in the Quotewerks database are actually memo fields (such as the DOCUMENTITEMS.CUSTOMTEXT10), while Stonefield Query is trying to refer to them as fixed length character fields.
I have sent you an email with a file attached that should solve the problem for that particular field temporarily, along with instructions on modifying the file I sent to handle other fields.
This issue will be resolved in our next product release. Meanwhile, if anyone else runs in to this problem, feel free to send an email to support@stonefieldquery.com, requesting the 'fix' file.
