Sample Reports

Stonefield Query comes with several pre-defined reports and labels. These reports are automatically added to your list of reports the first time you run Stonefield Query. You can delete any you don't wish to use. To re-add a pre-defined report you've deleted, choose the Import function, move into the Reports subdirectory, and select the desired report.

Reports

Closed Invoices: Displays all closed invoices.

Closed Orders: Displays all closed orders.

Document Analysis: Provides the total number of quotes, order, and invoices created and their status.

Doc's with same Project Number: Displays all document types that share the same project number.

Grand Totals By Month (Sales Rep vs. Date): Provides information on the Quote Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Month.

Grand Totals By Quarter (Sales Rep vs. Date): Provides information on the Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Quarter.

Lost Quotes: Displays all lost quotes.

Monthly Sales Commission: Totals monthly sales commissions per sales rep based on Quotes closed or won.

Most Ordered Items: Shows the most ordered items.

Most Profitable Items (Profit): Displays the most profitable items based on Total Profit.

Most Quoted Items: Shows the top quoted items.

Numbers of Quotes per Sales Rep: Counts the number of quotes created by a sales rep during a month.

Open Invoices: Displays all open invoices.

Open Orders: Displays all open orders.

Open Quotes: Displays all open quotes.

Quotes by Sales Representative: Full desciption of Quotes grouped by Sales Representative, then by Company and then by Document Number.

Quotes with Revisions: Shows all quotes including revisions.

Summary of Quotes: Summarizes open quotes for a specified time period.

Today's Quotes: Displays quotes created today sorted by status.

Total Quotes by Sales Representative: Provides information on the grand total for Quotes distributed by a specific sales representative for a specified date range.

Vendors List: Displays a list of all vendors.
