Thank you Stonefield Query! On the first day I received the product license, I was able to create 5 HEAT reports in about 5 minutes (which before would've taken me about 5 DAYS!). It's so easy to use because all my HEAT tables are listed in plain English and that gives me the advantage to pull exactly what information I need to make my reports concise and informative.

Every week, we want to see an activity report for each of our 10 remote sales representatives. Prior to using Stonefield Query, we used the History Wide Line with Results and Notes report in GoldMine to create this report. Based on our database, this report takes about 3-5 minutes per salesperson to run. Once we began to use Query, we were able to build this report in less than 5 minutes and the report now takes only a minute to run for all salespeople.

Here is why Stonefield Query caught my eye. I needed a product that was easy to install, and fast to get online with the reports that I needed to generate. I am a Computer Operations Manager; I did not want to beat my brains out trying to figure out how to use Crystal Reports. I saw Stonefield Query being demonstrated and I asked a few simple questions. I wanted to see how quick I could get a report written on how many tickets were opened, on what date, by whom and the description of the problem. In less than 5 minutes, the report was generated using a HEAT Database. The Tutorial is self-explanatory and minimizes training on this product.

I am amazed at just how much faster your product is than using Crystal Reports. I wrote a similar lost sales report in Crystal and it seemed to take about 4 or 5 minutes to generate the report whereas with Stonefield Query it seems to be done in around 15 seconds. Doing this using the standard GoldMine report writer was taking a good 20 to 25 minutes. To me, speed is the most important selling feature of your product.

If anyone has the least bit of exposure to Crystal Reports or to ACT! reports, they'll be totally blown away by how easy it is to get sophisticated reports from Stonefield Query.
