Pre-Defined Reports and Labels

Stonefield Query comes with several pre-defined reports and labels. These reports are automatically added to your list of reports the first time you run Stonefield Query. You can delete any you don't wish to use. To re-add a pre-defined report you've deleted, choose the Import function from the File menu, move into the Sample Reports subdirectory, and select the desired report.

The following reports come with Stonefield Query.

Chart Example:An example of the new charting feature. This is a bar chart of AR Activity totals by month, broken up in to Activity Types.
Company Directory: A list of person contacts, grouped by company.
Drilldown Example - Child:An example of the new Drilldown capability of Stonefield Query. This is the child report, which gets called by the parent when a particular vendor is clicked.
Drilldown Example - Parent: An example of the new Drilldown capability of Stonefield Query. This is the parent report, so run this first, and click a vendor to 'drill down' in to a list of invoices for that vendor.
Employee Start Date:This report lists employees birth dates and hire dates and can be used to determine pending retirements.
Exclude Filter Example:This report is an example of the new exclude filter feature. It uses a exclude date range on Activity - Invoice Date (AR) to show customers that don't have invoices between the desired date range.
GL Entries by Account: A listing of GL transaction details by Account.
Invoice Details: Asks for a vendor, then lists all the invoices for that vendor.
Invoices by Job: This report lists Jobs from Job Cost and their associated invoices from AP.
JC Receivables Aging by Job: This report ages Draws (billings) that have an open balance for each job or have had retainage withheld but not yet billed.
Link Example: This report illustrates the new linking feature on e-mail and web address type fields.
SM Agreement Period Summary:This report lists details about agreement periods from Service Management.
Top 10 Subcontracts: This report shows the top 10 subcontracts by amount in the Job Cost Commitment record.
Vendor List with Totals: This report shows a list of vendors with totals from AP.
