Sample Reports and Labels

Stonefield Query comes with several sample reports and labels. These reports are automatically added to your list of reports the first time you run Stonefield Query. You can delete any you don't wish to use. To re-add a sample report you've deleted, choose the Import function, move into the Sample Reports subdirectory of the Stonefield Query program folder, and select the desired report.

The following reports come with Stonefield Query.

Charts

Activity Chart by User.sfx: this sample shows a chart of activities by user.
Sales by Salesperson.sfx: this chart shows sales by salesperson for a given date range.

Labels

All Contact Mailing Labels.sfx: this label prints the contact name, company name, three lines of address, city/state/zip, and country for all contacts (both primary and other combined), so it requires a minimum 1.5 inch high label.
All Contact Labels (UK).sfx: similar to All Contact Mailing Labels except they are formatted for UK addresses, with County and Postal Code on the last line rather than City, State, and Zip.
Primary Contact Mailing Labels.sfx: this label prints the contact name, company name, three lines of address, city/state/zip, and country for primary contacts, so it requires a minimum 1.5 inch high label.
Primary Contact Labels (UK).sfx: similar to Primary Contact Mailing Labels except they are formatted for UK addresses, with County and Postal Code on the last line rather than City, State, and Zip.
Other Contact Mailing Labels.sfx: this label prints the contact name, company name, three lines of address, city/state/zip, and country for other contacts (if the address information for an other contact is blank, the main contact address information is automatically used), so it requires a minimum 1.5 inch high label.

You can create other types of labels using the Label Wizard, the Mail Merge feature of Microsoft Word, or the Advanced Report Designer.

Reports

Activities Report by User.sfx: lists the activities for each user.
All Contacts Report.sfx: shows information about each contact, including all secondary contacts.
Contact Directory Basic.sfx: a basic contact directory, sorted by contact name.
Contact Directory Fancy.sfx: a fancy contact directory, sorted by company name.
Contact Report.sfx: shows main contact information.
Contact Report with Additional Contacts.sfx: shows main contact information and lists additional contacts.
Contact Report with Details.sfx: shows main contact information and details.
Contact Report with History.sfx: shows main contact information and history information.
Contacts with Drilldown.sfx: this report shows how the drilldown capabilities of Stonefield Query work: click the company name to see a list of activities for that contact.
Customer Report.sfx: shows all customers, including company, contact, phone, and title.
Find Contact in Google Maps.sfx: this report has a link to Google Maps so you can see where a contact is located.
History Report.sfx: shows the history for each company, including type of activity, date, description, result, reference, user, and notes.
History Summary by Company.sfx: shows a breakdown of activity types by customer.
History Summary by Salesperson.sfx: breaks down activities by salesperson, company, and activity type.
Main Address Book.sfx: a nice address book sorted by contact name.
Monthly Calendar.sfx: this report shows a monthly calendar of planned activities.
Monthly Calendar 2.sfx: this report shows a monthly calendar summarizing planned activities.
Move Contact in GoldMine.sfx: this report shows how you can link Stonefield Query to GoldMine so clicking a company name moves GoldMine to that contact.
Opportunities Report.sfx: prints information about opportunities, including opportunity name, company, start and close dates, status, forecast amount, and probability.
Phone List Basic.sfx: a basic phone list.
Phone List Fancy.sfx: a nicely formatted phone list.
Project Contacts.sfx: shows the contact name, company, role, phone, and email address for each contact by project name.
Quota Report by User.sfx: shows sales quotas, including period, forecast, closed, and lost sales, by user.
Sales by Agent.sfx: shows sales by agent, including company, date, product, units, unit price, and sale amount.
Sales History by Month.sfx: shows the sales history by month, including company, date, product, units, unit price, and sale amount.
Sales History Report.sfx: shows the sales history for each company, including date, product, units, unit price, and sale amount.
Sales Report by Product.sfx: shows sales by product.
Weekly Activity Report.sfx: shows the activities by user for a specified date range.
Weekly Calendar.sfx: shows the calendar activities for a specified date range in a weekly layout.

The following reports are only useful if you have QuoteWerks installed, as they are QuoteWerks-specific.

Closed Invoices.sfx: displays all closed invoices.
Closed Orders.sfx: displays all closed orders.
Document Analysis.sfx: provides the total number of quotes, order, and invoices created and their status.
Doc's with same Project Number.sfx: displays all document types that share the same project number.
Grand Totals By Month (Sales Rep vs. Date).sfx: provides information on the Quote Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Month.
Grand Totals By Quarter (Sales Rep vs. Date).sfx: provides information on the Grand Total for each Sales Representative by Quarter.
Lost Quotes.sfx: displays all lost quotes.
Monthly Sales Commission.sfx: totals monthly sales commissions per sales rep based on Quotes closed or won.
Most Ordered Items.sfx: shows the most ordered items.
Most Profitable Items (Profit).sfx: displays the most profitable items based on Total Profit.
Most Quoted Items.sfx: shows the top quoted items.
Numbers of Quotes per Sales Rep.sfx: counts the number of quotes created by a sales rep during a month.
Open Invoices.sfx: displays all open invoices.
Open Orders.sfx: displays all open orders.
Open Quotes.sfx: displays all open quotes.
Quotes by Sales Representative.sfx: full description of Quotes grouped by Sales Representative, then by Company and then by Document Number.
Quotes with Revisions.sfx: shows all quotes including revisions.
Summary of Quotes.sfx: summarizes open quotes for a specified time period.
Today's Quotes.sfx: displays quotes created today sorted by status.
Total Quotes by Sales Representative.sfx: provides information on the grand total for Quotes distributed by a specific sales representative for a specified date range.
Vendors List.sfx: displays a list of all vendors.
